There may
be additional charges related to international orders which
our shopping cart does not calculate: currency
conversion, and customs.
Customs Duties and
Taxes
You may be
subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once
the package reaches your country. Additional charges
for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control
over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
You may contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from horsefriendly.com,
you are considered the importer of record and must comply
with all laws and regulations of the country in which you
are receiving the goods.
Payment and Currency
Conversion
Payment will be accepted
by Visa or MasterCard or international money order in US dollars.
For questions regarding billing and conversion, please contact your bank.
Shipping
We
offer United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service
Global Priority Mail shipping. Our shopping cart will calculate
the charges. You may use the shopping cart to calculate
the cost without completing an order. You may cancel an
order at any time before entering credit card information.
Please note that although the shopping
cart always shows US Priority Mail as an option it is only
available for orders shipped within the US and is not an
option for International orders.
