from the near side of the bridle (the left side
if you face the same direction as the horse)
- Place
leather slobber strap around ring in snaffle bit
across from bit and between bridle cheek piece and
chin strap

- Place
one end of rein through hole in slobber strap from
back to front
- Feed
through eight inches for sport reins or ten feet
for mecate reins

|
|
- Wrap
end of rein around behind slobber strap
|
- Wrap
end of rein around to front of slobber strap and
place through opening between slobber strap and
rope reins
|
|
|
- Pull
tight
- Repeat
on other side
