by Fax or Mail
If
you prefer not to use a credit card over the internet, we
understand. We offer fax and mail order options.
Instructions:
1. Print
out one of the following:
a. The horsefriendly
order
form
b. Your
order from the shopping
cart
2. Fill
out the Order Form of your choice.
a. Use
the shopping cart to calculate total cost including shipping
using no more personal information than your zip code.
b. Include your e-mail
address or phone number in case we need to contact you.
Order confirmation is sent by e-mail.
3. Send
it.
Submit your order by your
choice of the following methods:

We accept VISA, MasterCard,
Discover, cashier's checks,
money orders, and personal checks.
 
Charge cards are debited when
your order is shipped.
Orders paid for with a personal check will ship after the
check clears. Please add 2 weeks to normal shipping time.

For total time to delivery, add the "usually ships
in..." time listed with each item to the shipping time.
Items in the same order are shipped together. For
an accurate estimate, use the longest of the times listed
