Form and send it by mail or fax. (Please
use the shopping cart to calculate total cost including
shipping using no more personal information than your
zip code.)

Be sure to include your
e-mail address or phone number in case we need to contact
you. Order confirmation is sent by e-mail.

Payment:
We accept cashier's
checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.
 
Charge cards
are debited the same day your order is shipped.
Orders
paid for with a personal check will ship after the check
clears. Please add 2 weeks to normal shipping time.
Shipping Cost:
Our shopping cart offers
all of the options available through UPS in addition to
US Postal Service Priority Mail and Global Priority Mail.
You can use the shopping cart to calculate total cost for
orders using only your zip code information. If you
change your mind, you can cancel your order at any stage
before submitting any personal information or your credit
card number.
Shipping Time:
We ship by UPS or US Postal
Service Priority Mail. Please see http://www.ups.com
or http://www.usps.com
for shipping times. For total shipping time, add the "usually
ships in..." time listed with each item to the shipping
time. Items in the same order are shipped together.
For an accurate estimate, use the longest of the times listed
with the items.
